HOME, WITH A LITTLE HELP.Call Adam
02 / ONGOING HOME HELP
The loose latch. The gutter quote. The person you’re still waiting to hear back from. A HomeHand partnership gives the recurring list a familiar point of contact.
Find your rhythmCONTINUITY IS THE POINT
We walk through the home with you, listen to your concerns, and take a closer look at the jobs that need attention. A sticking door, a loose latch, something you haven’t known who to ask about — we turn those things into an agreed list.
We take care of small, solvable jobs within our agreed scope. When something needs a specialist, we help work out the next step, so you’re not left to chase every loose end.
A useful record. A clear next step.

A visit every two weeks keeps the list moving between seasons, appointments, and vendor follow-ups. Included coordination is defined in your agreement.
COORDINATIONCoordination included within your agreement
HOME WATCH$95 per visit for partnership households.
$125 per visit without a partnership.
Your agreement defines included time, response commitments, business hours, spending approvals, backup arrangements, and separately quoted projects. These are starting prices for a conversation, not an unlimited service.
PRINCIPAL / BY CONSULTATION
For households seeking a broader management role, Principal begins with a conversation about the home, the responsibilities, and the people involved.
Weekly visits and household management, with authority, spending approvals, and the scope agreed before we begin.

Discuss your householdONE PERSON TO COORDINATE
For work that needs a specialist, we seek quotes from our network of vetted contractors. You, or the person you authorize, approve the work and cost before it goes ahead. Contractor bills are passed through at cost, without a HomeHand markup.
Depending on your partnership and agreed scope, we coordinate the contractor’s visit and, where possible and needed, are there when they arrive and finish to check the work and follow up on outstanding items. You get a clear record of what was done and what still needs attention.
