A Homehand partnership is a monthly plan for regular help around your home. We handle agreed small jobs, help arrange specialists, and keep you informed, with visits each month, every two weeks, or weekly.

We walk through the home with you, listen to your concerns, and take a closer look at the jobs that need attention. A sticking door, a loose latch, something you haven’t known who to ask about — we turn those things into an agreed list.
We take care of small, solvable jobs within the work agreed with you. When something needs a specialist, we help work out the next step, so you’re not left to chase every loose end.

We review your list together, work through the agreed small jobs, and record what was completed. For example, a visit might include sorting a cupboard and attending to an agreed loose latch; a job needing a specialist becomes a quote for your approval.
The visit includes up to 90 minutes in your home. Written updates are included separately. The stated schedule applies throughout the month, including months with an extra scheduled visit. Unused visit or coordination time does not roll over.
What costs extra?
Regular visits can include light organizing and keeping your household inventory current within the agreed time. We can continue an agreed small organizing task over several visits. A larger reset, such as reorganizing a garage, is a separately quoted project, with the scope and price approved before work begins.
Extra household help or contractor coordination is $125 per hour, agreed before work begins. Materials and specialist invoices are additional. Larger projects are quoted separately. Contractor invoices carry no Homehand markup; you normally contract with and pay the specialist directly.
Home Watch is a separate visit: $95 for partnership households, or $125 without a plan.
You can pause or cancel a monthly plan with 30 days’ notice by phone or email. There is no annual commitment. We confirm the final service date and any remaining charge in writing.
Adam replies within one business day. Our contact hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Pacific, excluding public holidays. These are routine household services, not emergency response. We agree the named visitor, backup arrangements, and any scope changes before service starts.

From $1,995 per month: weekly visits of up to 90 minutes, plus two hours per month for household planning and contractor coordination. A wider scope is quoted individually; spending always needs the agreed approval.

The right people.
A clear record.
For work that needs a specialist, we seek quotes from suitable contractors. You, or the person you authorize, approve the work and cost before it goes ahead. Contractor invoices carry no Homehand markup. You normally contract with and pay the specialist directly; any different arrangement needs written authorization.
Depending on your plan and the work agreed, we arrange the contractor’s visit and, where possible and needed, are there when they arrive and finish to check the work and follow up on outstanding items. You get a clear record of what was done and what still needs attention.
