Home Watch is a scheduled visit to your house while you’re away. Homehand looks through the areas agreed with you, records visible concerns, and sends photographs and a written update so you know what needs attention.

$95 per visit for partnership households.
Before you leave, we agree a checklist for your home. This could include looking for visible water leaks, checking agreed doors and windows, and noting anything that looks out of place. We report what we can see during the visit.
Before the first visit, we agree when to visit, what to check, how to enter, key or code handling, permitted areas, contacts, and spending approvals. Please keep access codes out of the website inquiry form.

BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Tell us when you’ll be away and what you’re concerned about. We agree how often to visit, what to check, and the price before booking.
Agree access, key handling, backup contacts, and who can authorize follow-up work or spending.
After each visit, we send photographs and a written update. If we find a concern, we contact you or your agreed contact; any follow-up work follows the permissions set in advance.
HELPING FROM A DISTANCE
If a parent is away from their home, you can help arrange Home Watch with their permission and receive the updates they choose to share.
If your parent is living at home and needs practical help with the house, talk to us about organizing or regular household visits. Home Watch checks the property while it is unoccupied; it is not a wellbeing check or personal-care service.
